At Sufra, we prioritize your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information. Because our app is designed to be used without user accounts, we collect very little data.

1. Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information. Sufra does not require you to register, log in, or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use the app.

2. Local Data Storage

To provide a personalized experience, the following information is stored locally on your device only via Shared Preferences. This data is never sent to our servers:

• Favorites & Saved Recipes: A list of recipes you have marked to view later.
• Meal Plans: Your weekly or daily meal schedules.
• Shopping Lists: Ingredients you have added to your list.
• Reviews: Any ratings or comments you write about recipes stay on your device.
• Language & Theme Settings: Whether you use the app in English or Arabic, and your choice of Light, Dark, or OLED mode.

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device:

• Google Firebase Firestore: We use Firebase to provide the recipe database. Information retrieved from Firebase is read-only for users.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use pseudonymous device identifiers (like your Android Advertising ID) to show interest-based ads.
• Deep Linking: We use App Links to allow you to share recipe content with others via URLs.

4. Data Security

Since your data (meal plans, favorites, etc.) is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your local information will be permanently deleted.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website or within the app settings.
